Roles and Responsibilities:
• Arrange Permit to work for PM, CM jobs or Trouble shooting obtains necessary action and proceed to work site to carry out the job.
• Independently for break down maintenance and carried out Corrective maintenance Jobs.
• Calibration and commissioning of all field instrument such as Control Valves, Flow, level, pressure, Temperature Transmitter and
Switches.
• Removal all temperature and vibration probes on compressor & motors.
• Reinstall all vibration probes and set gap voltages.
• Adjust axial probe and set floating of compressor and turbine shaft as per mechanical required.
• Supervise all the shutdown activity and all kind of job in system side as well as field side.
• Observes safety rules and regulations, practice good housekeeping in all workshop activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Calibration and commissioning of all field instrument such as Control Valves, Flow Transmitters, level Transmitter, pressure
Transmitter, Temperature Transmitter. Level, Flow, Pressure, Temperature Switches.
• Installation, connection & loop checking (sourcing & measuring) of all Field Instruments (transmitter, control valve, T/C, RTD,
pressure/temperature gauges) according to diagrams
• Worked with vendor at F&G, Loop check, Trouble shooting and Calibration of all Instruments
• Removal all temperature and vibration probes on compressor &motors.
• Reinstall all vibration probes and set gap voltages.
• Adjust axial probe and set floating of compressor and turbine shaft as per mechanical required.
• Supervise all the shutdown activity and all kind of job in system side as well as field side.
• Working of MOV (AUMA, Beffi, Rotork).
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Handle all the instrument loop checking and function test activity as per plane.
• Calibration of electro pneumatic positioner Control Valves (Fisher, Rosemount, Flow Serve, Metso).
• Attend the troubleshooting of all field instruments during loop check activity.
• Worked on SIEMENS S4-700 well injection Gas Compressor for loop checking troubleshooting axial probe adjustment and all other
activity including function test and start up activity.
• Removal all temperature and vibration probes on Compressor.
• Reinstall all vibration probes and set gap voltages.
• Check scale factor and linearity test for all vibration probes.
• Involved in all officially test and inspection activity such a motor solo run and air fan cooling motor control.
• Calibration. loop checking and function test of H2S Gas and Flame detector. (Dectronics Honeywell).
• Calibration & loop check and function test of Smoke Detector and high sensitive smoke Detector (HSSD)
• Worked on deluge Valve including loop check. Function test and operation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Perform Daily basis PM and CM jobs all over the plant areas as per supervisor requirements.
• Monitor and execute the all-instrument activity include the loop checking commissioning and handle all site activity.
• To associate Dismantle, Overhaul, Calibration& install back Transmitters, control valve switches.
• Remove, check, install back different kinds of vibration probes, proximate Transducer 3300/3500 vibration monitoring
• To perform regular calibration & maintenance of fire & gas equipment.
• To associate preventive, corrective and diagnostic maintenance of flame scanners, igniters’, pilot burners, main burners of
Boiler, Reactor, Heater, Preheaters, and Turbine.
• Overhauling and troubleshooting of Control valves Such as Linear and Rotary.
• Deeply involved in Plant Startup and Shutdown activities
• Remove, Dismantle, Over Hall and install back different Types of Control Valve, XV, Hydraulic and, Solenoid valve,
governor control actuators.
• Carries out regular inspection and maintenance of workshop machinery, precision, and test equipment.
• Work on Pneumatic, Electro-pneumatic, and smart Positioners.
• Installation, Maintenance, Calibration of Different types Of Transmitters Such As Flow, Temp, Pressure.
• Installation, Maintenance, Calibration of Different types Of Level Instruments Such as Displacement level
Transmitters (Measonielan, ) Radar Type level transmitter (E+H) Capacitance Type and Level Switches.
Diploma Associate Engineer 03 Years In Instrument.
