THE POSITON Senior Accountant

Report to Finance manager
Key Responsibilities:
❖ Accounting Activities from preparation of vouchers, till the end up to preparation of financial statements and reports etc.
❖ Preparation of Cheque, TT and Bank Application forms etc
❖ Preparation of finance related letters, faxes & memos.
❖ Preparation of Local Purchase Orders for Stationery, Materials etc.
❖ Salary preparation and arrangement of payment for all staff.
❖ Customer payments follow up.
❖ Vendor payments arrangement
❖ Following up the bank Account and bank facilities.
❖ Reconciliation of all accounts including bank accounts.
❖ Proper documentation of all documents for future reference
❖ Prepare, review and analyse financial statements
❖ Write and present reports
❖ Measure all financial operations including financial statements, expenses and requests.
❖ Meet with clients on a regular basis to discuss processes, accounts and financial statements
❖ Manage and train staff for various accounting tasks
❖ Deal with all technical client issues
❖ Investigate and reconcile discrepancies when they occur
❖ Comply with policies, procedures and standards at all times

Worked as Computer Instructor for Computerized Accounting at Micro Space Information Technology, Thrissur - Kerala for Accounting Packages Tally 6.3, Peachtree, Deceasy & Tata Ex.

Worked as Account Assistant at KASWA MOBICS - QUILANDY an auto mobile shop; from July 2006 to August 2007.

I assisted accountant in all accounting procedures to make easy for him.
