" Providing services like pre-installation site surveys, installation, maintenance, post break down service of X-ray baggage inspection systems, metal detectors & trace detection equipments
" Documents all inspections, maintenance, repair work and submits paperwork in a timely basis.
" Reviews all logs for open issues and prepares formal reports to customers as necessary.
" Participates in Service sales opportunities and assists with promoting and implementing revenue programs.
" Ensures that tools and test equipment are properly maintained and calibrated
" Seeks to provide technical support to customers and other service professionals as required.
" Maintains clear and concise business communication proficiency, both oral and written.
" Establishes and maintains a close relationship with senior level FSEs and Product Managers in order to support the needs of the customer and remain aware of current technical trends.
" Exercises every available measure to control and minimize costs.
" Carrying out periodical preventive & corrective maintenance.
" Imparting operator and technical trainings in Trace detection products.
" Carrying out the Site Acceptance Test (SAT) with the customer.
" Providing 24 X 7 Technical Support for all the automated (inline) X-ray scanners, Conventional X-ray scanners & Metal detectors, EOD robots for Presidential Guard, Presidential flight Abu Dhabi Airport, UAE
" Responsible for inventory management of spare parts.
" Installing cameras for Abu Dhabi police and defense car.
" Installing siren for Abu Dhabi police and defense car.
" Preparation & submission of daily reports, timesheets.
" Troubleshooting smith Detection Baggage x-ray machines.
" Troubleshooting Rapiscan Baggage x-ray machines.
" Other duties as required.
