Working as a design engineer and a consultant for various vendors/clients.
· Hands-on experience in the execution of mechanical 3D model design systems such as Equipment, Frameworks Modeling and support for 3D Model review.
· Design, develop modules and subsystems within the limits of system specifications, cost and project planning.
· Cooperate with other disciplines and suppliers
· Participate in the definition of system and/or module specifications.
· Apply standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria to make adaptations and modifications in order to solve technical problems.
· Contribute to and participate in design reviews and the development of engineering change
· Execute the design process in order to realise the project, product and program plans.
* Process and tool design for Hydroforming components
Customers : PIAGGIO, TVS, BEHR, HUTCHINSON, etc.
* Value Engineering for automobile components.
Cutomers : Mahindra & Mahindra, TATA motors, etc.
