This company is the number one authorised Hyundai dealer in kerala. I worked here as a workshop service advisor. Customer management, repair order, inventory, product information, problem solving, tram management.... These are the basic role of a service advisor. I continued here total six months.
Recieve complaint vehicle from customers with complete inventory and complaint details.
Give proper details of the work to the customers.
Job card preperation with ERP or DMS.
Handover the work to the technician who can fix that complaint.
Give proper instruction to the technician about the work needed by the customer.
Follow up with the technician about the work.
Follow up with the customers about the service progress and required service details and estimation details.
Parts follow up.
Preperation of labour and parts invoice.
Manage the delivery of car.
Phoenix cars is a dealer of volkswagen. I start my carrier in this company as a service bodyshop advisor from the date of 01.01.2014.
As a service advisor my work is depend on customer dealing and communication with customers. Recieve the customer and vehicle, job card preparation through DMS, inventory check, customer follow up, invoice preparation, vehicle delivery. This is the base of a service advisor. I continued this job till 30.01.2016
