Job Responsibility:
• Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by
compiling and analyzing account information
• Document financial transactions by entering account
information
• Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting
options
• Summarize current financial status by collecting
information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss
statement and other reports
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement.
• Prepare Monthly Invoice and Tracking system.
• Prepare Outstanding Invoices statement of account.
• Prepare Annual Budget and monthly compare the
Budget with Actual.
• Support HR Department to prepare the Payroll and
salary pay slips.
• Monthly salary upload in Bank.
• Prepare LPO and PO.
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing
documents.
• Prepare cash flow statement and Monthly Profit
comparison.
• Prepare Weekly and Monthly Reports to
Management.
