Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer for the
•AIR SEPERATION UNIT (30 TON, American Air Plants)
• 200 MTPD CO2 RECOVERY PLANT(UNION WITTEMANN PLANT)
•Combustion Base Unit - CBU 500 C02 PLANT(UNION)
•DRY ICE MACHINE DIP 200(UNION) & PR 750(COLD JET)
• R.O.Plant & ACETYLENE PLANT
1.Responsible for conducting corrective and preventive maintenance for the Plant Electrical equipments and their Controls
2.Good understanding of plant process including Mechanical and their controls
3.Hands on Experience in Installation & Testing of MV/LV switchgears, MV/LV Motors, Panels(MCC, PCC), Transformers, starter control panels and its maintenance
4Fault Finding/Troubleshooting in Panels(MCC, PCC), MV/LV Motors, Transformers, starter control panels
5.Understanding LADDER LOGIC for the PLC control system
6.Good working experience in DMR PLC, Uses of redundant instruments configuration for critical applications.
7.Good Working Experience in Allen Bradley PLC(Logix 5561, Logix 5555), configuration of Field Instruments in 1oo2, 2oo2, 2oo3 Combinations(for level, flow, temperature measurements)
8.Calibration & Installation of Instruments(Pressure Transmitters, Differential Transmitters, Control Valves, Pressure Gauges, Temperature Transmitter(RTD, Thermocouple), Pressure Switches
9.Preparing Instrument LOOP CONTROL PACK for the plant
10.Providing Interposing relay panel circuit as an additional protection for the plant
11.Performing Insulation Resistance Test, P.I Test, & HIPOT test for Motors, Transformers, cables & providing proper earthing for the Plant.
12.Trouble shooting and installation of Starters(STAR DELTA, DOL, SOFT STARTERS, VFD, AUTO TRANSFORMER STARTERS)
13.Preparing Cable schedule & panel drawings modification as per project requirement and updating the electrical drawings using AUTOCAD
14.Preparing wiring cable schedule and cable routing for the Plant. Proper Segregation of Instrument, power cables.
15.Knowledge of balance Load sharing with appropriate Power DB’s
16.Erection and Commissioning of Electrical Equipments & Field Instruments according to P&I Diagrams for the Plant
17.Interfacing Instruments with the PLC ( Analog & Digital I/O cards)
18.Team Member for Internal audit of C02 Plant, Air Separation Unit, Acetylene Plant
19.Hands on experience in COOPER TURBO COMPRESSOR QUAD 2000 Control Panels.
20.Hands on experience in Electrical, mechanical maintenance & Troubleshooting of DRY ICE MACHINE (UNION ENGINEERING, DIP 200 and COLDJET PR750)
