 Lead and manage demand planning, purchasing, inventory control, forecasting, for Kuwait & Iraq including Kraft.
 Maintaining inventory planning- taking into consideration market trends, launch plans and product development.
 Ensure stock availability and managing the stock according to the forecast and the DIO.
 Invoice matching, posting and resolving any credit issues.
 Direct, co-ordinate, assign, monitor and review the work of individuals engaged in supply chain related duties.
 Collaborate with staff, other departments, and senior management and decision makers to share information, problem solving and to clarify management objectives.
 Reviewing historical sales trends, research demand drivers, preparing forecast data, developing statistical forecast models and evaluating forecast results.
 Interacting with sales & marketing to understand demand forecast drivers.
 Develop / Participate in the development of supply chain strategy for the organization.
 Develop and implement new systems, best practices, inventory control, demand planning, and other optimizations in order to grow the business.
