Responsible for follow up, receipt, storage, and issue of the materials
Maintaining all records of plant construction materials in the stores (All hired Equipments)indicating name make model & Serial number of equipment, its working location of site where Equipment at present using of company approved format for all transaction materials stock daily weekly monthly
Identifying the non moving and old stock on weekly basis
Submitting Monthly receipt, issue and stock statement to the Project Management on weekly basis
Coordinating with procurement department for day to day activities
Ensuring the correct storage of materials strictly as per manufacturer’s recommendation and Keeping proper records as per EHSMS (Environment Health Safety Management System) and Quality Control requirement.
Taking care of housekeeping everyday
