Job purpose is to ensure compliance of Health, Safety & Environment standards in the projects assigned. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide company personnel HSE training and keep record up to date. Participate in TBT and provide safety alerts and LFI's with workforce. Reviewing lift plan and permit to work pack prior to any lifts at site. Record Heat Index and provide flag color to site personnel. Inspection of Tools and Equipment as per inspection program. Ensuring all the lifting equipment operators are trained, competent and certified. Ensure work area environment is maintained safe through the proactive enforcement. Monthly inspection program of site equipment &firefighting equipment to ensure safe operation. Worked as authority for Pre-Start up safety review and other post shutdown activities. Monitor the prevailing working conditions and ensures safe working practices in the company. Ensure regular inspections of tools, Vehicle and equipment's are carried out and color Coded.

Ensure Confined space requirements are followed throughout the activity. Responsible for Implementation of approved Project Safety Plan thought out the Project. Prepare and implement project HSE procedures, safety plan, and safe work method statement. Implementation and monitor HSE requirements for process such as rigging and lifting operations, scaffolding &dismantling, hot works, working at height and confined space entry. Ensuring use of necessary Personal Protective Equipment by all site personnel. Risk assessment, job safety analysis and review of firefighting system. Conducting safety induction of all new joiners and toolbox talks. Identification of Safety hazards and Daily inspection of safety activities.
