Planning day by day schedule and weekly/monthly progress reports to complete the project
work within client specified time.
• Installation of copper piping, fixing & connecting the gas outlets, valve boxes, alarm and
establishment of gas manifolds.
• Fabrication of Modular OT with wall panels, modular ceiling with embedded laminar flow
system, hermetically sealed doors & anti- static flooring.
• Installation of supply duct, return duct & return riser duct as per drawing.
• Planning day by day schedule and weekly/monthly progress reports to complete the project
work within client specified time.
• Installation of AHU, Ducting, Insulation, Cable Tray, Copper Piping, Grill, Diffuser.
• Installation of Ducting & Copper Piping as per shop drawing.
• Installation, testing & commissioning of 937 HP DAIKIN VRV/VRF Air cooled system with
complete piping, insulation, cladding, AHUs, FCUs, Splits, Drain work, Pumps, Fire Fighting
work, Insulation of Separate Electric panels etc.
• Job includes reviewing the project drawing at our end and specification in compliance with
standards, and codes of respective disciplines (ASAHRE, SMACNA)
• Responsible for pre Installation, testing, commissioning & final observation after
commissioning of all services which is in our Contract viz. HVAC (piping, insulation, Cladding,
Pumps & Cooling Towers), Fire Fighting Equipment etc.
