Project Planning, Co-ordination with Clients/Architects/Consultants for Project Mobilization, Preparation of Project Schedule, Estimation of MEP works, Cost Control & Vendor Management, Quality Control & Quality Assurance for all site Materials as per SAUDI ARAMCO Standard, Preparing & Checking of BOQ/BOM, Bills verification for Clients & Vendors etc.

• Direct interactions with Architect, Structural Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Plumbing Engineer, Fire Fighting Engineer for HVAC Plant Room Layout, STP Plant, DG Room, AHU Installation, Pipe Routing, Duct Routing for optimum solution.
• Review & coordination of HVAC, Fire Fighting, water and drainage systems.
• Requirement Analysis, Planning, Site Inspection, Bill Checking etc of Internal/ External works Hotel Projects, Hospitals and Pharmaceutical Plant.
• Cost estimation & evaluation for new HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting system & upgrades.
• Selection of Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Towers, Centrifugal Fans, Axial Flow Fans, AHU, FCU, HEPA Filters, Partition Panels, Plumbing & Fire Fighting accessories etc.
• Site supervision and inspection for best Quality of work.
• Supervision in installation of HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting equipments & accessories project specification as per standard norms.
• Floating request to consultant for material inspection and installation as per submittals and specification.
• Coordination with client to solve issues in HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting design and specifications.
• Preparing water conservation systems and scope for project proposals.
• Coordination with staff to meet the budget and design schedules of the project.
• Perform the tasks of developing, preparing and maintaining the budgets and schedules of HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting projects.
• Verification of Redline drawings with site actual & final as-built drawings.
• Scheduling Preventive and Corrective maintenance.
• Testing, diagnose and repair problem in the system and propose relevant solution.
• Ensure proper running order of all systems.
• Assisting in Engineering design services for duct and other equipments.
• Managing all SOP’s related to HVAC equipments for maintenance.
• Monitoring duct pressure and external pressure on regular basis.
• Running the HVAC equipment as per ambient temperature for energy saving.
• Finding solutions for minimum consumption of power.
• Cost control, vendor management, planning & budgetary controls.
• Review of BOQs & Technical specifications in coordination with appointed design consultants.

Site Management, Co-ordination with Architect/ Consultants/ Contractors for Optimum Solution, Site Measurement, Bill Checking, Checking of BOQ/BOM, Installation & Testing of Internal/ External works, Preparing work schedule, Supervising & Validating mechanical installations with QA report submission, Managing AMC Contracts for Maintenance, Supervising PM & CM for all HVAC equipments, Finalizing vendors for equipment repair & replacement.

Site Management, Following-up with Architects/ Consultants/ Contractors for Optimum Solution, Preparation of Log Books, Site Measurement, Bill Checking, Installation, Checking of low side work.
