Portfolio management is all about strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the choice of debt vs. equity, domestic vs. international, growth vs. safety, and many other tradeoffs encountered in the attempt to maximize return at a given appetite for risk.
As a portfolio manager in PMO, my responsibility is to build the highly Strategic Road Map for bank division which is aligned with bank main strategy, and mapped these initiative to this roadmap with evaluate the value of the project and the ROI for it, with building the KPIs for the Project Managers who manage these projects that reported to my Portfolio.
As a project manager, I am managing the most critical projects for the bank with different methodologies (Agile, ABF, SDLC, and PMP)
I hold many projects related to HR, Operation and sama regulation, Credit Risk (ALGO, BASEL), Enterprise Risk Management, complience, procurement and finance.
I am An IT Director for the medical group on FASTNET company which contains many hospitals and polyclinics, and a project manager for many projects the company holding it.
Product line Manager for Sage Productsin the company, including Sage ERP, Sage CRM, Sage Interact HRMS, & Sage HIS, i am handling Project Management & Sales management for these products.
I work as a Project Manager for many projects for Sage Accpac ERP solution with extended for Sage Accpac CRM, and Sage HR (InterAct).
