In KKU we maintain, implement, integrate and develop in-house software applications in addition to a wide range of services we provide. i am currently responsible for orchestrating the overall process of developing & delivering these services to the community of students, employees and managers. Such Process includes the following:
- Processing requests from business owners and stake holders from within KKU understanding their business needs and translating them to operational applications and services.
- Identifying and modeling business processes, governance, people, opportunities, goals within KKU business architecture layer.
- Modeling of services (both application services & integration services), modules, and components within KKU applications layer.
Positioning and fitting of newly developed applications; with the emphasis on using business process blue printing, use case models, re-usability, data dictionaries, and iterative development through the usage of iteration plans.
- In charge of re-engineering various legacy applications to become web based Applications and to fully integrate with KKU enterprise.

- G2G Integration Service Bus (Mohe, Yasser): intended to serve as a focal point to access governmental services imposing security and limiting hits to services through cashing and retrieve on demand.
- Generic web request/approval component.
- TAWASOL Service (SMS, e-mail, task communication services)
- Hawkama project the first system of its kind in Saudi Arabia intended to serve as governance index for Saudi market.
- Financial Commercial System (FCS): intended to operate as student fund resource planning for KKU student fund dept. (GL/AP/AR)
- Student Fund (SF): TPS for student financial aids, loans, employment. (SF) is fully integrated with HR, SIS and on top of FCS.
- Student Fund Extra Services (SFES) : Student portal services on top of SF.
- Finger Print System FPS: Finger print based attendance system.
- System analysis using RUP methodology and modeling using UML.
- Optimizing requirement management process to fine tune team performance and to deliver a better SDLC.
- Leading IBM Websphere development team consists of 6 developers developing Web applications using IBM PortletFactory and Websphere integration developer; SOA based and deployed on Websphere Application Server.

- Employee Vacations Module : a service for university staff in order to automate various employee vacations and leaves as a workflow that incorporates employee and employee superiors; based on governmental laws applied in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Developing ‘Autolink’ an ERP Solution for automobile companies and cars dealership to adopt new business trends especially in VMS Module - ‘Vehicles Management System‘.
