• Overall responsibility for conceptual design, managing the design process and technical compliance.
• Manage and leading the technical team.
• Report to the program director on a regular basis on the progress, costs and quality of the package and obtain authority for any decisions/instructions required to ensure continuity in the design function
• Monitoring all work executed, at all stages, to ensure that an accurate and professional service is offered
• Professional interface with other disciplines, consultants and contractors
• Manage the quality and timeliness of service delivery

• Attending coordination and progress meetings, supervision, work inspection, reporting compliance of the delivered Architectural materials and quality control of the finishing works at site.
• Reviewing the contracts documents, Architectural design drawings, the Architectural shop drawings and the materials submittals provided by the contractors, monitoring, verifying and ensuring that the shop drawings, materials, method statements and as-built drawings submitted by the contractors comply with the project’s requirements.
• Responsible for the technical Architectural issues and construction procedure’s coordination of the project and coordination between all disciplines.
• Preparing all Tender documents such as BOQ, RFP, Drawings, General specification. And inviting the contractors for bidding, and answering the clarifications submitted from Tenderers.
• Supervision, inspections, commissioning and quality control of the finishing, infrastructure and furniture works at site.
• Attending coordination and progress meetings, supervision, work inspection, reporting compliance of the delivered Architectural materials and quality control of the finishing works at site.
• Analyzing Requests for Information, Issuing Non Conformance Reports, job site instructions, as deemed necessary to ensure contractor's compliance with contract requirements during the construction period.

• Responsible for the technical Architectural issues and construction procedure’s coordination of the project and coordination between all disciplines to solve all discrepancies between it.
• Preparing and submitting the shop drawings and the materials submittals to the consultant for approval.
• Preparing and BOQ.
• Working for conceptual design of Headquarter Extension of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs in Riyadh. This project comprises two new office towers each with 12, 400 m2 gross area, an additional second floor to HRH Office Building with 2, 350 m2 gross area, including modifications to all existing floor levels and a parking building with 60, 600 m2 gross area.
