Job specifications:
• Project Management:
Follow the projects status with the project managers in the organization
Monitor the budget for each project
Issuance of the payments on each project with the support of the project manager and the finance manager
Progress tracking to insure the quality and meet the timeline of each project
Plan and implement the quality plan for each Project.
Plan and implement the HSE plan for each Project.
• Business Development Management:
Looking for new opportunities in the Iraqi Market
Targeted customers are the telecom operators mainly
• Sales:
Follow up on all the sales cases in our pipeline
Study all the projects (financially and technically)
• Presales:
Review all the tender documentation with the PMs and the presales team to price the projects and submit the proposal to the customers
Preparing proposals and submitting them before deadline
Scope of work included: GSM/Mobile Site Integration
• Site survey and generating survey reports
• Verify Design and create Site Survey Reports
• Central office cabinets and ODF installation
• Tower Erection.
• Installing and commissioning of Base stations with all related Civil Work.
• Testing, Labeling and commissioning
• Executing Telecom infrastructure (Trenching Telecom Corridors, Building manholes, Pipe Laying, compaction and reinstatement…)
Initiating, Planning, Executing, and Controlling QNBN FTTH Project with Ericsson in Qatar. The Job Role included Cost Estimation and management, Plan and control Project activities and phases, Human resource Deployment plan, Time Management, Quality Control, communication plan, Qualitative, Quantitative Risk analysis and mitigation, Procurement management, OHS management and managing operations of teams on site. Moreover the job role extended to include other projects and biddings.
Scope of work included: OSP/ISP Implementation and testing

2. Verify Design and install ropes inside Ducts
3. Central office cabinets and ODF installation/splicing
4. Fiber optic Cable installation
5. Joint closure installation and splicing

The project includes civil work, RBS installation and commissioning, and Transmission implementation. At the management part it includes coordination with Ericsson, setting timelines, pricing, and controlling quality up to the standards. Qualios teams management, resources management and cost management.
GSM Site construction management, GSM radio planning and implementation, and 3G implementation and supervision for HUAWEI project in Lebanon.
PSTN infrastructure consultancy for the Lebanese ministry of Telecommunication: material specifications and installations, electrical tests, and civil work inspections.
Promoting and selling Green light Products in the Lebanese market. Preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts including Private labeling solutions. Reporting market feedback about product movement, competition, price change and promotional activities conducted by competitors.
Help constructing telecommunication infrastructure design solutions for new projects. Promoting and selling Nesma Internet services and IT business solutions. Preparing proposals, quotations, contracts, technical solutions including bidding to Governmental tenders. Reporting market feedback about product movement, competition, price change and promotional activities conducted by competitors
