❖ Collect the information for the projects in hand and the key plans from the main contractor and the total quantities.
❖ Prepare doors and the related hard ware schedule.
❖ Plan the installation schedule based in priority and delivery schedule
❖ Allocate man power and tools for each project.
❖ Follow up with site in charge about site conditions and accordingly update the installation schedule.
❖ Supervise and inspect the installation processes.
❖ Coordinate with site in charge for doors installation and hardware and handing over to the main contractor
❖ Follow up with site management for civil defence final inspection
