A senior officer for The Royal Jordanian Airlines since April 2005. Working as a check-in agent for Royal Jordanian (which is the handling agent for all other airline companies working in Jordan) has exposed me to different processes and procedures carried out by these companies according to their destination in the first place, along with their own policy which requires an agent to be ready to adjust to and adapt different procedures and points of view. This variety of companies and destinations result in encountering different kinds of people from all over the world, that means different mentalities, orientation, and above all; needs. And as a check you have to do your best to cope with any situation to get to the ultimate goal which is passengers satisfaction .
