Defining scope of work packages & integrating direct sourced applicable options to enhance the project delivery Time & Cost.
Review Project Planning & Execution Programs by In-house & Execution parties.
Insuring the Project planning & execution Programs/Contracts meets the Group & Third Parties Demands along with the Local Authorities & Working Ethics standards.
Determine the critical path of the project & preparation of Alternative Plans & course of action in any demanding Phase.
Insure the project Elements & Materials to be Approved, Procured & Delivered to meet the project specified Targets,
Managing Resources participation in the project life cycle.
Handling large scale Hospitality & Retail projects though all the phases of initiating, planning, exciting & closing.
Determine the critical path of the project & balancing time to achieve the time of delivery integrated Along with the
Quality, Scope, Cost
Perform Initiative study for the project plan, Scope & requirements to meet the project charter.
Insure the project Materials to be approved, procured & delivered to meet the project specified design,
Plan, coast & Delivery, thought integrated documentation.
Plan the distribution for Human Resources & Manpower of project execution & Control through the entire Project .
Updating the project progress through reports including overall operations & updated project schedule.
Insure that entire project excision process is being handled through HSE standards.
Initiating internal Quality control inspections & Reports.
Documentation for the entire project correspondences, Approvals & additional Change Request requirements.
Initiating & Handling Authorities’ & Consultancy required inspections along each phase of requirements.
