-Assist the Audit Committee in performing work pertaining to summoning of meetings, preparation of agendas, delivery of supporting documents for the meetings and keeping of minutes.

-Circulate minutes of meetings of the Audit Committee to all members.

-Contribute to the preparation of the audit plans on annual basis, preparation of the audit programs for the audited entities and the follow up of implementation of those programs.
-Report directly to the audit committee and provide recommendations for improving the organization’s operations, in terms of both efficient and effective performance.

• Dealing with high profile clients and working in varied environments.
• Conduct of various financial audits and conduct of due diligence assignments.
• Preparing of financial statements, related notes, auditor's report, and management letters.
• Understanding the client’s business, control environment and accounting process.
• Complete working paper file and continuous audit file (including resolution of all outstanding items) and discussing it with the engagement manager.
