Provide Support for Global Microsoft Customers for the Azure Infrastructure as a Service offering, Support for Azure Platform issues, ASM to ARM Migration, Issues with Storage Accounts, Disk Encryption, Moving Resources between Resource Groups/Subscriptions, Azure Guest Agent and Extensions, Performance issues, Azure Management Portal issues, Unable to Start/Stop VMs, Deployment issues, Unexpected VM restarts etc..

Configuring and managing Windows Server 2012 R2 and SCVM 2012R2.
•Install, Configure and Manage VMs in SCVM 2012 R2 Infra.
•Manage DHCP, DNS, WSUS, WDS, File Server and ADDS
•Responsible for troubleshooting all kinds of Hardware and OS related problems.
•Troubleshoot network related complaints and maintain connectivity.
•Maintain connectivity between company routers and switches.
•Troubleshoot router related issues.
•Manage cisco catalyst switches and 2800, 2600 series Routers.
•Maintain file and printer sharing.
•Provide Corporate and Middle level training on Networking and Windows Server.
