I AM WORKING IN FIELD OF MANUFACTURING FIRE & NON-FIRE HOLLOW METAL DOORS & STEEL INDUSTRIES:
ACHIEVEMENTS:
1) INCREASED PRODUCTIVITY ( 40 % ) OF PUNCHING M/C BY FOCUSING ON VALUE STREAM MAPPING.
2) INCREASED PRODUCTIVITY ( 25 % ) OF DOORS BY CHANGING THE DESIGN.
3) INCREASED PRODUCTIVITY ( 10 % ) OF DOOR ASSEMBLY BY DESIGNING NEW FIXTURE.
4) OVERALL CHANGING IN FACILITY MANAGEMENT.
I AM WORKING IN FIELD OF FABRICATING FIRATED/ NON-FIRATED HOLLOW METAL DOORS & STEEL INDUSTRIES:
1) SAVING ( 5 % ) BY APPLYING 5S - LEAN MANUFACTURING SYSTEM.
2) I DISCOVERED & PURCHASED A PILOT M/C FOR NEW STRATEGIC BUSINESS (HANDRAIL) AND I ESTABLISHED MARKABLE INTEGRATED PRODUCTION LINE ACCORDINGLY AND CONSIDERING SWOT ANALYSIS, SMART, ACTION PLAN & TIME PLAN.
I IMPROVED PRODUCT COSTING, MATERIALS FLOW MANAGEMENT, PRODUCT STANDARDIZATION & OPTIMIZED MATERIALS UTILIZATION. ALSO I CONTRIBUTED IN MANY MAJOR SHIFTS OF PROCESSES & TOOLING DEVELOPMENT IN FIELD OF FABRICATING OF STERILE/NON-STERILE SURGICAL PACKS.
I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR LEAN MANUFACTURING SYSTEM AND I DEVELOPED THREE ASSEMBLY LINES WITH VERY SHORT ROI (RETURN ON INVESTMENT) IN FIELD OF MANUFACTURING ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION BOARDS & SWITCHGEAR:
