Currently working as Insurance Administrator in Majestic Dental Center, Doha, Qatar from 14th May 2015 to till date.

Role: A senior most position in the Dental Insurance Administrative Department.


 Handling all insurance cases like SEHA, AXA, QLM, Allianze, Daman, Globmed, Nextcare, Interglobal, Aenta, etc.
 Clarify the coverage limits and matters related to the insurance policy for patients and doctors.
 Participates and advice the insurance accountants in the claims processing according to the policies approved by Administrative Director.
 Coordinate with doctors in coding service.
 Follow up medical approvals from Insurance companies.
 Follow up patients accounts and requires payments of each patient, in case of copayment.
 Coordinate with the reception staff regarding the dates of the insured patients if needed.
 Review insured patient’s files to correct the mistakes, if any.
 Claims auditing for perfection before submission.
 Rejection review and reply.
 Attend meetings and sessions with insurance companies.
 Explaining insurance rules to new doctors.
 Sending monthly claims to the insurance companies.
 Handling companies related to insurance delays/ rejection, otherwise transfer to upper management according to nature of problem.
 Coordinating with the auditor in case of audit or medical file review.
 Reporting of performance, drops for corrective actions, achievements and departmental planning and follow up of achievements.

Assist the Medical Administrator in the general administration.
Issuing office orders and circulars pertaining to the Hospital.
Supervise and controlling the work of Administrative staff of the various sections.
Submit Action Plan and Reports to Board of Director, etc.
Responsible to handle all grievances of staff and patients.
Recruitment of all staff and doctors.
Coordinate various activities for facilitating the all types of Inspections.
Responsible person to attend all Private and Government meetings.
