Controlling Administration at Sharma Agency.
Underwriting, Issuing, and Servicing of NBK Travel Safe Policies.
Accepting claims for different types of Products (NBK Travel Safe Claims, Generation Account Claims, Ordinary Life - Death -
Claims, All Disability Claims, PA, FIP, WI, Junior Care, Child Care, Pal Rider claims etc.)
Basic underwriting for Life & PA applications.
Building Life & PA application on WEBAPP.
Following up on the billing control for premiums renewal of all type of policies

Following up with reinstatement of Lapsed Policy.
Handling Clients Issues and resolving.

Handle all routine office financial tasks (e.g. bills settlement, payments of rent and subscriptions, etc.) in coordination with Gulf Procurement department.
Supervise the PR function including all contacts with Ministerial Departments for routine submissions and renewals
The point of contact for the maintenance of all office appliances
Co-ordinate all travel requirements for country staff and regional visitors including booking and issuing tickets, booking hotel accommodation, processing business travel request forms (BTRFs), coordinate issuing of entry visas, etc.
Supervise all mailroom functions and distribution of mail
Maintain and review petty cash for all agencies/offices
Prepare, co-ordinate with Finance Department (where applicable) and coordinate with compliance the submission of all financial declarations and reports required by various Ministries/ Regulators on a regular basis
Renew applicable insurance policies in coordination with Gulf Administration
Vendor Management
Act as Company Internal AML officer.
Carry out internal audit reviews on Agency Sales offices.
Involve in different investigations within the Company, related to Fraud or miss-selling.
Act as Local Security officer to ensure securing and business continuity of MetLife within the Gulf Countries.
Act as Fire Marshall in Bahrain.
Look after the Sales Agency Administration functions in Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, and Oman.
Being a member of CSRT (Customer Social Responsibility Team) and participated in planning of social activities such as: Think pink, Diversity day…etc.
Oversight the rest of Gulf Operations in Kuwait and Oman related to all above functions / responsibilities

My responsibility includes:
·Looking for new clients and enlarge my database.
·Contact clients and fix appointments with them.
·Preparing proposals for Insurance plan to be presented to clients in a presentation of two hours.
·I had a target of 3 policies per week and was able to reach my targets and more.
·I had joined "Club 52" for best agents.
·During the period I worked in the company I had a number of 36 policies.
