Review the project specifications, and the BOQs to ensure the accuracy of all estimates
produced.
- Handling and following up RFQs which sent to the suppliers, and Sub-contractors to
solve any problem occurs at work.
- Collecting offers from Suppliers & Sub-contractors for different items required. Also
preparing a log of required materials cost for the project needs.
- Preparing Technical Proposals whenever needed to be submitted to the Clients.
- Preparing a log for the project needs; such as Labor, Equipment, Schematic drawings
and quotations according to the Contracts bidding requirements.
- Review the Quantity Surveying and Quantity Take off in all the project drawings, and
ensure it matches the required specification.
- Calculating cost estimates for the projects.
- Ensure that the project estimation meets the Safety Regulations.
- Worked as a Laser-fiche Administrator, also responsible for the Department Date Server;
creating files, Converting files, Managing Permissions for all staff.

- Worked and reviewed the quantity take off from drawings and specifications using the
latest software
