Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Working with HR Director to implement policies and procedures as Funeral, Employee discount on products and HR Annual Agenda.
To be a leader in training and setting monthly meetings for shop managers, as well as setting special training program for retail team constantly.
Follow visual merchandise guideline, ensure all garments are displayed on the shop floor & garment care standards are consistently maintained.
Other assignments as appropriate.
• Brief and guide the staff on achievement of the daily / weekly / monthly sales target.
• Must be fashionable / well-groomed and possess up-to-date product knowledge to ensure minimal stock loss.
• Maintains knowledge of new product, trend and fashion directives always in order to effectively respond to and anticipate customer needs.
• Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained in the store.
