▶ Restaurant Construction Projects

control, civil works, and firefighting systems.
• Lead and develop a team of 25 technicians and specialist contractors across multiple operational sites.
• Implement preventive maintenance strategies that significantly reduced recurring equipment failures and
operational downtime, using CAFM/CMMS platforms for tracking and reporting.

• Directed integrated FM operations across 130+ banking branches, Vodafone Egypt facilities, and commercial
buildings.
• Managed 5 engineers and 160+ technicians across HVAC, electrical, civil, and mechanical disciplines.
• Achieved 40% reduction in daily operational breakdowns (55 to 33 cases) through data-driven maintenance
