DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspect all the construction elements
- Delivery of construction zone works on programme and to meet Contract requirements
- Ensuring works are performed in accordance with accepted method statements, shop drawings and materials/samples
- Obtaining confirmation from QA/QC on status of shop drawings & submittal approvals
- Advise Resident Engineer of need to issue NCR’s
- Providing responses to Contractor RFI’s to Resident Engineer
- Check all on site construction tests are performed by the Contractor
- Supervise contractors' works and ensure material specifications, workmanship and quality control for all works are in compliance with the contract requirement and regulations A degree in a related technical or management subject.
- The ability to communicate with clients; project team and effectively
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Assisting the Project Manager in Project control
- Liaison with client and contractor
- Assist in the management of submittals and approvals processes
- Responsibility for maintenance of quality standards in works executed by contractor
- Monitor and maintain health and safety on site
- Implementation of operator design standards
- Achieve time management for both people and business
- Leading on problem solving and decision making
- Reviewing the contractors' monthly application for payment
DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Delivery of construction zone works on programme and to meet Contract requirements

-Advise HSE Manager of need to issue SEN’s or any matters of Health & Safety
-Advise Construction Manager of need to issue NCR’s
-Providing responses to Contractor RFI’s to Construction Manager
-Reporting of actual construction progress to Project Planner
-Management of site zone technical supervision team
-Check all on site construction tests are performed by the Contractor
-Check all on site construction tests are supervised and accepted by the technical supervision team
-Supervise contractors' works and ensure material specifications, workmanship and quality control for all works are in compliance with the contract requirement and regulations A degree in a related technical or management subject.
-The ability to communicate with clients; project team and effectively
-Good knowledge of planning and other aspects of project controls
-Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
-Fluent English language

DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviews project plans and proposals, then works with management to develop project objectives.
Identifies project responsibilities by determining the phases and elements of the project.
Calculates time frames and sequences the stages of the project.
Analysing and resolving field construction issues
Prepare, Review and distribute, Maintain RFI Log
Maintain Job log Authorization Log.
Develop and maintain schedule with superintendent input
Maintain thorough understanding of contract documents and subcontracts
Prepare meeting minutes for all job meetings
Complete required tests daily: Timecards, Purchase orders, Work order RCC daily paperwork
Controlling subcontractor daily Job reports
Inspect/Verify, material delivers
Manage project closeout and obtain all warranties required for final acceptance
Maintain punch list with superintendent
