• Establish HSE procedures and rules to comply with legal and international standards,
• Prepare HSE consumable and investment budget annually,
• Conduct Risk Assessment and define control measures to reduce the risks to acceptable level for all Sites and review it annually,

• Setting up HSE system meet national regulation and exporting certification standards,
• Prepare HSE consumable and investment budget annually without any deviation,
• Prepare Risk Assessment for all packinghouses, workshops, warehouses, power stations and farms and review it annually,
• Manage and technical develop a team of 12 HSE engineers covering all company sites,
• Develop internal training and provide external training such as (first aid, fire fighting, chemical handling, isolation, ……)
• Conducting HSE audits using the HSE checklist all over the company sites,
• Prepare emergency plane include fire fighting, evacuation, first aid teams and emergency equipments with civil defense approval,
• Record all work related injuries (FAI, MTI, LTI) and prepare the biannual report for ministry of manpower and immigration office
• Participated risk assessment and job safety analysis for each new projects or work activities
• Reviewed all safety SOP’s, training materials and inductions periodically,
• Managed and technical develop a team of 10 safety and training officers covering all company departments,
• Reviewed the implementation of emergency and evacuation plan by periodically drills,
• Monitored the work related injuries statistics to improve the safety of work place and determined the required training,
• prepared the biannual report for ministry of manpower and immigration office
• Prepared audit plan quarterly covering site departments and contractors to monitoring the implementation of the system,
• Participated all major incident / accident investigation with ICAM system to help find the root cause,
