Design and Design safety review for Fire Protection and Plumbing systems, preparing the hydraulic calculations, writing technical specifications, design report and bill of quantities.
Review, coordinate and approve the technical material submittals, samples, and workshop drawings in terms of Fire Protection and plumbing works.
Supervised quality-control activities, managed three phases of inspection (before, during, and after) in accordance with the local code requirements, technical specifications, and international codes.
Prepare the Fire Protection and Plumbing authorities’ submissions (Qatar civil defense, KAHRAMA).
Attend workshop meetings with the authorities and stakeholders to discuss their requirements/concerns then coordinate with all relevant parties to fulfill their requirements in order to acquire their approval.

- A resident site engineer responsible of HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing.
- Study and approve the technical submittals and the samples as well in accordance to the technical specifications
- Review the shop drawings and ensure its accordance to designs, required specifications and site conditions.
- Supervise working of construction staff and assist them if required.
- Maintain working of facility and ensure that work is done in accordance to project manuals and drafted drawings.
- Perform all Quality Assurance procedures, inspect the delivered equipment on site and check the installation processes such as pipe lines, sheet metal duct networks &pump stations.
- Coordinate with management to achieve project goals.
- Review and approve the submitted invoice compared to the quantities survey notes for the following projects:
Galleria-40 Mall (LEED Gold) - 6th October city.
Porto Cairo Mall- 5th Settlement.
- A resident site engineer responsible of HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing.
- Study and approval for technical submittals and samples according to the technical specifications
- Review the shop drawings and ensure its accordance to designs, required specifications and site conditions.
- Supervise working of construction staff and assist them if required.
- Maintain working of facility and ensure that work is done in accordance to Project Manuals and drafted drawings.
- A quantity surveyor engineer and revise on the project's invoices for the following projects:
Alex Bank-San Paolo Intesa in Smart Village.
Administrative Building for Benaa Misr Company in Smart Village.
- Study and review of the tender documents including but not limited to technical specifications, and tender drawings…, etc. and record the technical comments then send it back to the consultant which in role review and fulfill all comments preparing for tender process.
- Study the technical and financial proposals, and pick the proper proposals based on the approved technical specifications and the estimated financial value.
- An executive site engineer concerning HVAC, firefighting, plumbing and elevators.
- The dedicated engineer on behalf of the department to approve the contractors' invoices for the following projects:
Large Taxpayer Center in Cairo.
Central Archive of inspection tax files Building in 6th October city.
Head Quarter Building for Authority of sales tax in Cairo.
Medium taxpayer building in Zagazig.
Central Building of middle& west areas in Cairo.
Training Center of Authority of Sales Tax in Almaadi -Cairo.
