- Establishment of supply chain planning department.
- Interfere with warehouse & procurement departments in Coordination & expedition the placement of purchase requests & orders, delivery of material.
- Schedules, expedites, & coordinates the delivery & movement of materials, including material transfers & conditional material releases.
- Following up all of procurement process activities.

- Ensuring material availability to realize the production plans & shipping dates.
- Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data in order to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
- Confer with department supervisors & all stakeholders in order to meet operational plan & to determine progress of work and completion dates.
- Monitoring the production processes & expedites operations that delay schedules & prepare alter schedule if needed.
- Review and analyze production and downtime reports daily, Follow-up with appropriate resources to systematically eliminate sources of downtimes.
- Ensuring that production is cost effective & prepare, analyze production reports (productivity, utilization, efficiency).
- Analyzes requests for maintenance/repair services & determines the validity, content & scope of requested work.
- Assisting in managing & controlling all factory manpower & day to day activities.
- Leading implementation of continuous improvement, lean concept & 6S.
- Assigned as project manager to lead the implementation of supply chain & production module of ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX).
- Assigned as management representative (project manager) to lead ISO certification project.
- Managing all factory production lines, manpower & day to day activities, 6 different main products & production lines (steel, curtain wall, doors, windows, ACP & skylights).
- Manage production demand & supply activities to ensure the execution of the defined service strategy.
- Ensure safe operating conditions exist throughout the production area & promptly correct unsafe conditions.
- Leading implementation of continuous improvement, lean concept & 6S which led to improving production rates for all products.
- Establishment of production planning & inventory control department.
- Mapping demand & supply planning process on short/mid and long term.

- Confers with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects.
- Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
- Help in maintenance planning for the machines.
- Develop a full feasibility study for the new proposed projects (Manufacturing Projects & Industrial Facilities) or any expansion in current business.
- Conduct technical studies for the projects include the plan of production process & select the machines & production lines.
- Support the company to open new markets by observing new market opportunities.
- Study and analyze the market including all the surrounding conditions.
- Get the necessary contacts to facilitate the start-up of the business.
- Establish a communication network that supports the market penetration.
- Implement the business start-up procedures (open branch offices, bank accounts, get approvals…etc).
- Contact with prospective clients and get new business.
- Analyze the current business processes.
- Provide the management with development recommendations.
- Planning for material & production requirements including stock control.
- Preparing, updating & monitoring projects programs (Conduct a manufacture plan & schedule for manufacturing operations & then follow up it).
- Monitor & report the production rates & recommend how to develop it & set priorities for the production processes.
- Responsible for time study, improving productivity & eliminate over process using KAIZEN and 5S, facility layout rearrangement.
- Responsible for strategic management plan.
- Prepare the maintenance plan to quarantine efficiency of work flow.
- Follow up the maintenance operations and Installation of new production lines.
