Position: Sr. QC Engineer (Kuwait Customs System)
-ISTQB FL certified

Responsible for:

-Write functional test cases and test steps based on product requirements.
-Execute functional test cases to verify quality for product requirements.
-Execute sanity, smoke, functional, and regression testing.
-Record software defects with bug tracking system (Gemini).
-Perform error analysis and bug reporting.
-Assist in requirement analysis, test design, and test documents.
-Evaluate test results and determine whether each test passed or failed, log test results.

-API testing (postman)
-performance Testing (Jmeter)

-Monitor test progress and ensure tests are executed adequately.

-Presenting New Feature Demos to Clients ( Kuwait Customs Administrator )

- Supporting the Micro Clear System by -Troubleshoot users issue Support plans for improving Solution
- Troubleshoot and escalate alerts that cannot be resolved to the appropriate section .
- Prioritize and handle service requests and incidents .
- Progress issues and provide relevant information for troubleshooting or for clarification .


-Support Kuwait customs Application which implement for all Kuwait ports, which is integrated with almost all ministry

Supporting include ( Do the admin operation and import company requirement system - coordinate with DBA and Developer's and third parties to cooperate and troubleshoot issue .

-troubleshooting the integration services with ministers.

-coordinate and Test the web application .


-Troubleshooting the the issues and duplicates in customs ERP and SQL servers .
