Receives and initiate all civil works, building & infrastructure, and third party related work requests/contracts
Plans and supervises the maintenance program for all building & infrastructure
Assures the operational efficiency of all building-related equipment, such as doors, irrigation systems, perimeter lighting, security fences and barriers, etc.
Manages and directs work programs for the maintenance of buildings, plumbing, systems, electrical systems, computer networks, alarm systems, landscaping and parking areas
Enforces building and safety regulations based on ISO18001 and other relating safety system under IMS
Inspects grounds, buildings, and equipment, noting need for repair and replacements and reports same
Makes progress reports on civil works and building & infrastructure projects performed by contractor
Prepares specifications for purchases and for services rendered by contractors
Assures compliance of contractors to company policies, rules and regulations, EHS in the
buildings and grounds operations
Organizes and supervises an effective preventative maintenance program for all building & infrastructure
Evaluates and checks the jobs against standards/requirement
Perform other functions as required by immediate superior
BS Degree in Mechanical Hydraulic And Pneumatic. Classification First in the university.
