I am working on project of EBM (English Biscuits Manufacturer) a Mega Project of
Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning of Roof Type Package Units
(Dunham Bush, Compression AHUs with DX-CU), Capacity approx. 270 USTR, in
order to maintain T 25 deg C & RH 55 % approx. There, my responsibilities are:
To ensure timely completion of project with defined quality and within specified
budget.
Installation of DX- Coil (with all sensors) and their proper testing and commissioning.
Installation of PPR chilled water pipe and drainage of AHU’s.
Selection of HVAC Equipment.
Installation of chiller and its pumps (including selection).
To coordinate with client and other working teams.
Resource and workforce scheduling, organizing and job assigning.
Preparation of shop drawings.
To complete the job assigned by client.
Documentation/correspondence with client and base office.
Follow up & Control, Target Achievement.
Implement Project Management skills for documenting and tracking activities.
Time Management Distribution of the Manpower according to the planning and
preparation of the time sheet.
Risk Management (Solve and Manage all the issues of the site).
Prepare site quantity takes off materials for ordering as per approved material submittal.
Responsible for overall monitoring and control in all phases of mechanical works.
Responsible for the implementation and construction of the project related to mechanical
works in building.
Monitor and supervise all foreman for insuring the implementation of works as per in
quality, standards and specification as per the layout or drawings for each activity.
Coordinates and prepares RFI (Request for Inspection) for each mechanical work activity.
I had worked on project of Grand Hyatt (A mega project of 1320 tons), Islamabad as
HVAC Project engineer. There my job responsibilities are:
To supervise the installation of ducting, firefighting, chiller piping, FCUs & AHUs etc.
and their testing.
Responsible for interacting with the client to ensure that all tasks are completed,
managing the labor crews & ordering equipment.
Formation of Quotations and BOQ.
Providing Drawing and Information to Contractors and Site Personnel.
Responsible for spare parts storage and manpower control.
Supervising the Erection of G.I Ducting for AHUs, FCUs and Make Up air Fans with
Accessories (Motorized Dampers, Volume Control Dampers, and Fire Dampers).
Ensuring the quality & complying the client specification.
Checking and Certifying running Bills of Contractor.
Responsible for ensuring that the technical parameters and compliance process are
supplied as outlined in the contract documents.
I had completed project of VRF system in Agricultural University, Faisalabad. There
my responsibilities are:
To plan the project in detailed and kept up to date once the project has been initiated.
To apply technical expertise and knowledge that will support the planning, fabricating,
installing, troubleshooting and testing to ensure better delivery of project.
Responsible for providing the progress and incidental reports.
Responsible for ensuring that the technical parameters are supplied as outlined in the
contract documents.
