• Supervise team by providing guidance, training, mentorship, setting sales targets and goals, create sales plans, assign sales territories and build a strong team

Operations Representative - Account Opening & Maintenance
• Manage financial account records within the bank for both Corporate & Individual clientele
• Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies, resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the branch for resolution.
• Perform the due diligence on new clients, requesting the KYC information, documentation, review and verify the received documentation
• Investigate high risk clients and reporting where necessary, including Politically Exposed Persons (PEP), and obtaining all necessary documentation to complete the client file
• Perform Risk Assessment, analyze current risks and identify potential risks that are affecting the company
• Review, validate, and process all tax (W-8 Series and W-9) forms ensuring clients are FATCA/CRS classified using the global tax validation tool
• Perform World-Check & Black List check to minimize false positives and ensure consistent results
• Secure information by completing data base backups & Maintain operations by following policies and procedures
• Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential. • Identification and escalation of potential or actual problems arising from the daily work in a timely manner
• Answering and responding the various phone calls, emails Client inquires following up with them as necessary to ensure all queries are answered well in time.
• Effectively involved in training of associates in systems part as well as process and responsible for their performance while in training
Provide guidance and assist sellers/buyers in marketing/purchasing property for the right
price under the best terms.
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property
prices and settlement details, and during the closing of sales.

• Process International fund transfer via Wire transfer and SWIFT payments, Web Cash Movement, CRM, Finnacle

• Reconcile client payment reports on daily basis
