As the Marketing Manager I was tasked with overlooking the entire marketing activity of the company as well as creating brand awareness of Dahua Technology within Qatar which Adept Tech acts as the national distributor. My tasks included and I was mainly involved in;

• Formulating the yearly marketing plan and allocating budget for various marketing initiatives.
• Implement the global brand strategy of Dahua Technology across all channel partners.
• Undertake market research on pricing, products and customer behavior and analyse data to make informed decisions on product ordering, stock clearance and promotional activities.
• Updating the website on a regular basis with relevant content and optimize for SEO
• Creating graphical content, video contents and blogs to create brand awareness, product promotions, customer engagement and to reach new customer segments
• Manage create content for multiple social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and LinkedIn to promote product and to engage with customer base.
• Planning and overlooking the entire process towards participating in industry related exhibition, conferences and other events. Ex - Build Your House 2021 & 2022, Dahua Channel Partner Day and Award Ceremony & Dahua Technical workshops.
• Use email marketing to send newsletters, promotional activities and introducing new products to various customer groups namely Integrators, Channel Partners and End Users.
• Manage and record overall marketing spending to ensure the budget is well utilized.
• Maintain company brand guideline across all communication assets and ensure the Dahua’s brand optimized across all channel partners

Vehicle Leasing, Business Loan, Gold Loan and Fixed Deposits. Handling marketing initiative across 34

• Preparation of presentation for corporate sales and for top management
• Proof reading and approving marketing communication, digital contents and PR and ensure brand
communication guidelines are maintained.
• Liaising with creative agencies to source marketing materials for advertising on press, radio, TV, POS,
branding and contents for digital media usage
