Duities and responsibility
 

·        Conducting order reviews with section managers for making time to time orders for  required materials without any shortages.

·        Establishing systems and preparing stock requirements for new products and project.

·        Planning the materials based on the consumption and requirements from all units and issuing the order to vendors.

·        .Maintain a close coordination with the shipper and clearing agents for clearance the shipment and ensure the material reaches our store in time.

·        Tracking stock material with store in charges for keeping accountability of the purchased movable and non-movable finished products

·        Instrumental in raising claim for shortage, damage, price difference and wrong parts to principles and follow up for credit note and payments.

·        Prepare and maintain all related procurement reports such as price analysis, delivery records and vendor’s performance

·        Researching for new vendors for the required materials, with best quality and reasonable price.
