Job Responsibilities:
• Raise purchase requisition according to material requests.
• Verify PR and check on-hand quantity through the ERP system of requested items and approve.
• Assign Purchase request to Local purchaser if material available in the market
• Send RFQ to the qualified vendors and new vendors for overseas items and large volume items.
• Review quotation according to the purchase request.
• Discuss technical specification with operation team if required.
• Make quotation comparison table through ERP.
• Make quotation comparison table in Excel.
• Make quotation comparison table according to the machine’s technical specification in Excel.
• Price negotiation with suppliers.
• Discuss the price comparison table with M.D/C.E.O
• Issue purchase orders.
• Prepare a Letter of Credit (LC) if required
• Prepare Bank Guarantee if required
• Arrange shipment by Sea, Air, Land.
• Verify the HS code before processing the shipping documents.
• Review and verify the draft shipping documents like Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin, Packing List
• Requests for marine Insurance for the goods.
• Arrange SASO, SABER certificate for international shipments.
• Issue authorization through FASAH for the customs clearance.
• Coordinate with port customs broker for customs clearance.
• Check and verify physically the requested items upon arrival.
• Review the Goods receipt made by warehouse.
• Submit Invoice, Goods receipt, PO, PR to accounts department.
• Make landed costing for the goods with all expenses.
• Payment transfer through the online banking system.
• Maintain history cards for each Vendor as per ISO 9001 policy.
• Make supplier evaluation.
• Maintain an Approved Vendor List.
• Maintain documents and records both hard copy & soft copies.
• Study of new machinery technical data for purchase.
• Study of new projects for the company.
• Inventory Control and monitoring the Minimum and Maximum stocks of the materials.
• Follow up on the documents for customs clearance.
• Maintain ISO docs as per the company ISO 9001 procedure

• Other Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct Internal Audits as per ISO 9001 policy.
• Monthly Internal Auditing on the Raw material, Finished Goods, and Spare parts Stock.
• Air Ticket purchasing, Hotel Bookings for M.D’s personal travels, and arranging schedule accordingly.

Business Travel Information:
• Visited Germany & Italy for technical discussion & Negotiation regarding purchase of a new machine.

Job Responsibilities:
• Allocation of jobs to workers as per their skills.
• Modification of job drawing in AutoCAD as per practical method.
• Inspection of completed jobs as per given drawings.
• Control of manpower, arrange daily meeting etc..
