Project Description
• Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) Tool was developed for Motorola Mobile Devices Supply Chain division.
• This project involves development of a tool for the Motorola Supply Chain group that helps them effectively manage the Excess & Obsolescent (E&O) piece parts and phones that form part of excess inventory within the Mobile Devices division.

• An existing system that has heavy manual work and some VBA was automated to an enhanced tool with C#.Net, SQL Server and Crystal Reports having better performance and more functionality.
• Also some new VBA tools were developed for the clients for report generation purpose.

• TRC -Transaction Reporting and Confirmation is a centralised application of LEHMAN Brothers which does the Trade Confirmation processing to Client and Trade Transaction Reporting to Regulatory bodies.
• TRC processes real time trade feeds from many Front office Trading systems and generate and transmit Trade confirmations and also do Trade Reporting to Regulatory body like FSA through ARM's like ICMA's TRAX2 and OMGEO.
• This whole application has a variety of technology like JAVA, Sybase on Solaris environment and has Intranet hosted GUI's and VB based GUI's for monitoring.
