As a travel agent my role is to help and assist the customers for their travel needs and wants, such as making flight booking, hotel reseervations, rent a car, visa services, etc. Since i am working in uae i meet many people from different countries other than uae locals and its made me an experienced travel agent.
i have started working as a travel consultant after completing my diploma in tourism. my was to sell flight tickets, both international and domestic. since it was my first company that i worked for i got many experienced travel agent that helped to grow.
