Jointed “Gujarat Tourism” in the capacity of catering In charge at Palace Beach
Resort, Chorwad, Gujarat, in December 1984 to continued services for a decade
till the year 1994. I was a 100 room hotel property at Chorwad town of Gujarat
state. I was in-charge of a multi cuisine restaurant with my knowledge & skills in
restaurant business. I established the new property in to a profit making unit.

Kitchen and Restaurant Floor staff.
