• Preparing takeoffs from drawings and comparing them with site measurements.
• Assisting the Resident Engineer in reviewing and verifying the contractors interim payment
statements, claims, progress reports, and variation orders in accordance with contract conditions.
• Supporting the Chief Quantity Surveyor in issuing interim payment statements.
• Preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQs) for additional or varied works and developing price
breakdowns for lump sum contract schedules.
• Assisting the Planning Engineer in preparing monthly progress reports, both physical and financial.
• Attending all designated meetings, both internal and external, as requested, to discuss and finalize
payment issues with clients or contractors.
• Helping the Resident Engineer identify risks early and recommending appropriate actions.
• Maintaining quality records.

supply schemes in KP, Pakistan.
