Prepare the Project Quality Plan, Inspection Test Plan, Check list, Project Procedures.
 Prepare Quality procedures as required by ISO 9001:2008.
 Develop and maintain the Quality Data base for Manufacturing (procurement), Construction phases (punch list )
 Monitor procurement quality activities and ensure the process as per requirements.
 Support the Processes involved in the Projects and ensure in line with Customer Requirements.
 Plan the critical items for inspection and attend the Pre Inspection / Pre Production Meetings with vendor and clients.
 Review and approve the Vendor and Subcontractor PQP, ITP, CVs, project procedures and FAT documents.
 Review the Design Drawings / Documents as per requirements.
 Work closely with the Engineering and Procurement Leads to assure project QMS requirements across the design, procurement till construction and handover activities are clearly stated and systems are in place to verify compliance.
 Coordinate with client and vendor for all related punch points / comments observed during inspection at manufacturer premises and clear the issues.
 Maintain the QA/QC Documents as per the ISO 9001:2008 / Client Requirements.
 Attend the Quality weekly & monthly Quality Meeting and prepare the reports.
And co-ordinate with third parties and client for inspections and certifications.
 Issue the Vendor Inspection Release for Dispatch the Equipment.
 Prepare Construction ITP, Raising RFI, witness the Inspection.
 Verify the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
 Manage procedures for receipt and inspection of materials.
 Monitor Quality control construction activities in electrical Equipment Installations like Earthing, Lighting, UPS systems with batteries, LV and MV Switchgears, MV and HV Power Transformers, DB, HV/MV/LV Cables, cable jointing and Termination.
 Monitor Quality control construction activities in Instrumentation installation like Instrument Earthing, F & G devices and systems, VESDA system, FO DB, FO cables.
 Monitor Quality control construction activities in HVAC installation like HVAC control panel, Starter panel, DB.
 Monitor Quality Control substation Building services coordination with Civil and Mechanical team.
 Analysis of Quality issues and continual improvement.
 Lessons learnt of Quality issues maintained and pro-activeness for future projects.
 Minimize the level of reoccurrence of NCRs and take preventive action.
 Raise NCR /OBS at site if any Noncompliance.
 Issue Over, short, damage Report if any Quality problem arise and follow up with concern supplier till closure.
 Monitor the Calibration of the Equipment’s with approved calibration lab as required by the client at site.
 Implementing FRFTSU at site.
 Coordinate with planning regarding the expected completion dates.
 Prepare and Review the MC (Mechanical Completion) Dossier Package.
 Develop Construction Traceability Matrix - Identifying all required Quality reports for each system / sub-system activities are complied.
 Coordinate with planning team regarding the expected completion dates.
 Issue the final system walk down notice and coordinate the system walk downs with construction team.

Performing Physical checks of all the equipment is received in site and providing clearance for erection and installation at site
 Performing inspection activities for electrical works inside the substation
