Managed and led all Quality Improvement eforts and procedures to ensure eficient operation of all Bottling & Tetrapak equipment that may afect product quality and achieved PCQI (≥99%) and BPQI (≥95%) since January 2022 in accordance with applicable CCBA / TCCC / ISO / Local / International Regulations and Standards. Supervised a team of 9 Quality Assurance employees, including 2 Team Leaders, 5 Line Quality Controllers and 2 Water and Efluent Treatment plants Operators. Mentored and guided the efective implementation of Integrated management System (IMS) throughout the organization and enforced 100% compliance. Implemented KORE 3.0 quality compliance and succeeded GAO annual and unscheduled audits and plant monthly QSE performance reviews without any major non conformance. Entrusted with establishment of Safety Culture at workplace and maintained CTA (100%), IMCRs (Zero) and LSR (100%) implementation. Accomplished the set goal of Zero consumer complaints for year 2023 through rigorous implementation of CAPA follow ups. Achieved Environmental Sustainability targets of WUR (≤2.6), EUR (≤0.32), assessment of Water Stewardship and Plant Maturity indices implementation (100%). Monthly and quarterly QSE metrics data collection and submission (100%) at Coca Cola Kosmos platform regarding SHEQ, Quarterly SHEQ goals completion status, Quarterly data update at FlavorActiv platform regarding Sensory Panelists Evaluation, APTC Proficiency testing and Trade Products Freshness program (TPS & PIP).
Developed new products and handled new products development projects for JNSD products resulting in contribution of PKR 4.5 million revenue growth for the company. Implemented Recipe Control System and administrated Recipe Issue Department to support 99% consistent product quality. Led Development & Exploration of Analysis methods and validation of existing QA analysis methods for efective Quality Control inspections resulting in 100% reduction in testing errors. Supervised the verification of daily QA reporting/ activities and analysis of product performance during diferent shelf life stages to secure ≥ 90% PQI.
Commanded Quality Analysis for Raw Materials, Intermediate products and Finished goods against predefined standards to reduce customer complaints less than 1%. Collaborated continuously with concerned stakeholders for feedback to improve 8 existing products and conducted In-house trials for development of 5 new products. Established Liaised with regulatory authorities for 100% compliance of Halal and GMP standards .
Superintended and mobilized Quality Assurance System covering 100% factory processes. Redrafted and revised 80% Quality Control Formats conforming requirements of Regional Food Authorities and PSQCA. Administered Process Quality Control for Fruit Fruit Juices/Drinks in PET and NR glass Bottles, Tomato Ketchup, Sauces, Fruit Jams and Marmalades, Fruit Squashes and Synthetic Vinegars.
Led Quality Control Team in quality Analysis of all Raw Materials received for processing, Critical Process Steps till ready for dispatch. Headed R&D projects for 5 new seasonings and extruded/ fried Snack products. Developed and 100% applied Standards and Specifications for Raw Materials, Process, Packing and Products.
Overseeing Performed duties for process quality control for non-carbonated beverages. Improved Recipes of existing products resulting in 10-15% reduction in cost and increase in appeal to customers.
