LIST OF MAJOR PROJECTS EXECUTING ON STC OPERATOR NETWORK:
• Telecom swap project of 1959 cell sites from NSN, ZTE and Alcatel to Huawei technology
• Microwave swap project of 1613 hops from ZTE, NEC to Huawei technology
• Managing project management department to execute power projects of telecom operators & general industry
• Preparing business proposal of AC/DC power works in coordination with principal (IPT Power Tech Group) & local business partners on customer requests and pursuing it to be approved
• Wetting design documents, change orders, material requisitions and specifications for construction works and placing order
• Arranging equipment from principal and local business partners after having successful PO process with customer
• Establishing the detailed project execution plan and the development of the overall project engineering budget & schedule.
• Mobilizing teams to customer premises for implementation AC/DC power network works
