• Reporting to Head of IT and leading 10 resources for the management of IT Operations as well as alignment of business requirements with Technology through ERP implementations.
• Accountable to lead the team in technology research, selection and adaptation of the same in automating business functions into an integrated enterprise-level solution.
• Managing all functions of project delivery coordination from scoping to planning, estimation, risk/resource management, and delivery execution.

• Spearheading Development, implementation, and monitoring of IT security policies/procedures as well as DR/BCP initiatives.
• Defining annual IT budget inclusive of Capex & Opex and monitoring & control of the same over the year, while coordinating with internal and external auditors.
• Performing day-to-day team administration routines like scheduling, tasking, control, monitoring, and feedback.
