Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and monthly variance analysis of two core IT functions;
Service & Delivery and Business Information Office Administration with a combined expense of
$37M and 253 FTEs.
• Financial oversight of four local investment portfolios with 33 projects for a total investment
of $14.5M in operating and capital expense along with supporting the creation and validation
of ongoing costs (Impact of Investment) post-deployment of each project.
• Finance lead for PARRS to Cadence (P2C) a multi-year national investment project with a
total investment of $96.20M in operating and capital expense. Responsible for the financial
modeling to support the business case in identifying hard and soft benefits, along with the
Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR).
• Monitor and track expenses during the month-end close process to ensure proper accruals
are booked in the general ledger for business units and projects, requesting additional
accruals or reductions as needed to maintain accuracy in reporting.
