After gaining my bachelor degree in physical education and sport science I started working as gym manager and personal trainer in a private gym and worked in this field for around 10 years. I worked with different ages groups, from children to adults as a trainer according their demands and interests, because of my academic background and experience gained during my internship in my bachelor degree. As a PE trainer, I worked with children and teenagers to know their talents in sports and help them to pursuit their goals.
I worked with athletes in different ages, corrective and modification movement's trainer for people who were suffering from different diseases or musculoskeletal conditions as well as fitness trainer for healthy people.
In August 2023, I moved to Sweden to study my master degree in exercise biomedicine, health and performance to develop and up to date my knowledge and profession. This master study was really satisfying and gave me a deeper insight in exercise area and fueled me to worked with more motivation .My study will end in June 2024.
During my master study I also work as an online personal trainer or in presence in gyms.
My academic and work background has provided me a high value experience in sport and exercise field that helps me to make practical my theoretical knowledge.
