• Utilize my technical knowledge along with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products including Fire Pumps, Fire Suppression Systems (FM200, Kitchen Suppression Systems), Fire Alarm Systems, Fire Extinguishers, Cabinets and Fire Doors, Fire Fighting Equipment and Valves, Fire Water Sprinkler Systems etc.
• To act as a key point of contact for clients and provide both pre and after-sales advice.
• Liaise regularly with other members of the sales team and colleagues from a range of departments, such as Design, Purchasing, Production, Quality and Senior Company Managers.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
• Project Management.
• Prepare design, generate BOQ and cost estimation.
