My current job since October 2013

Joined Islamic Relief on 7 Oct-2013 as a WASH-Engineer (Water, Sanitation & Hygiene Engineer) and performed following duties.
 Supervision of CPIs to insure quality and quantity
 Estimating of CPIs
 Implementation of CPIs as per design provided
 Implementation of plan as per provided
 Micro planning for all CPIs
 Resolve conflicts arise at field level
 Progress sharing with senior engineer

After 6 months promoted to position of Senior Engineer and performing following duties till this time.
 Record Keeping of all CPIs
 Monitoring of all CPIs to support Engineers
 Monitoring of all CPIs to insure quality and quantity
 Ensuring ongoing activities for all engineers as per plan provided
 Responsible for all works of technical section
 Pre and post water testing
 Purchase Request (PR) raising, Vendor addition & Purchase Order for all CPIs
 Updating CPIs tracking sheet for financial and beneficiary details
 Monthly & weekly progress reporting
 Design new interventions
 Preparing estimates for new interventions
 Checking all estimates
 Resolving technical issues
 Coordination with higher management

Beside these have involvement in following tasks of the organization,
 Logical frame analysis (LFA)
 Detail implementation plan (DIP)
 Re appropriation of projects
 Project budgets
 Budget versus actual (BVA)
 Report writing
 Proposal writing for development projects

 Implementation of CPIs as per plan and design
 Drawings for new interventions
